- Start a new conversation through one listed channel to ask for a check.
Recognise an unsafe request
Passwords, OTPs, SMS codes, PINs and CVVs must remain private. A request to send any of them through chat or email conflicts with JUTA55 account-security guidance.
Do not open a link that looks unfamiliar. Go directly to juta55.net if you need to check an account page.
Steps
- Do not reply with a password or code.
- Do not use a link in a suspicious message.
- Keep only the non-sensitive details needed to report the message, such as the time, sender account name and request text.
Ask for a safe verification
Tell a listed support channel that you received a message claiming to be from JUTA55. State the channel, time and what the sender requested.
Do not forward an OTP, password or personal login link while asking for verification. Continue only through the channel you opened from this contact list.
Steps
- Start a new message through a listed contact.
- Explain who contacted you, when and what they requested.
- Wait for instructions through the channel you opened yourself before taking further action.
