Suspicious OTP or password requests

Stop sharing information, return to the JUTA55 website, and use its recovery route and the listed support channels. Do not resend a secret while reporting the incident.

If you have not shared anything

Do not send a password, OTP, SMS code, PIN or CVV. Do not use a link in a suspicious message.

Open juta55.net yourself if you need to check the account. You can ask for verification through one contact listed by this support centre.

Steps

  1. Stop replying to the message.
  2. Close any link or page opened from the message.
  3. Go directly to https://juta55.net/ or use a listed support contact.

If a password may have been disclosed

Use the Forgot Password link at https://juta55.net/login to start recovery through the JUTA55 website.

Report the approximate disclosure time and how it happened. Do not put the old or new password in the report.

Steps

  1. Open the JUTA55 Login page by typing the address yourself.
  2. Select Forgot Password and follow the instructions shown there.
  3. Contact listed support and report the incident without including the password.

If an OTP or verification code may have been disclosed

Do not send the code again, including to a person claiming to help. Tell support that a code may have been shared, with the approximate time and channel where it happened.

Keep the code out of every follow-up message. Use a listed support channel for the next step.

Steps

  1. End the conversation with the sender who requested the code.
  2. Contact WhatsApp https://wa.me/60174317508, Telegram https://t.me/juta55cs or email juta55.cs@gmail.com.
  3. State that a code may have been shared, the approximate time and the channel, but do not write the code itself.
