Work out what qualifies
Check who can claim, whether a deposit is required, the eligible game list and the deadline. The word “credit” in a headline does not tell you whether the offer requires a deposit.
Find the turnover base
As a calculation example, a RM20 bonus at 5× requires RM100 of qualifying turnover when the rule applies to the bonus only. A deposit-plus-bonus base gives a different result. Check each category’s contribution rate and any excluded games. These figures illustrate the arithmetic, not a current offer.
Separate bonus and withdrawal caps
A bonus cap limits awarded promotional credit. A withdrawal cap limits the amount under that offer’s withdrawal rules. Also read the maximum bet and expiry conditions whenever specified.
If a condition is unclear
Use the member promotion page and quote the offer name when asking official support. You do not need to test eligibility by depositing. Set a personal spending limit before deciding.
